Martin is a specialist in food business mentoring and consultancy, working with private companies, local authorities, and development agencies for the past 15 years. Before that he worked for many years in senior positions in the restaurant and hotel sector in England and in some of the best-known hostelries in Ireland.
Martin’s academic qualifications include a BA in Culinary Arts; HCIMA Hospitality and catering; NUI Certificate in Training and Continuing Education; CIPD Certificate in Personnel Practices and NCTB Training Techniques. Martin is currently studying for his master’s degree in culinary Innovation and New Product Development at Technical University Dublin (TU Dublin).
